Privacy Policy

GTR MAFIA TOKYO is operated by HITE UP Inc. （株式会社HITE UP）, a company registered in Japan. This policy explains what we collect when you enquire or book, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Only what a booking actually needs:

• Your name, and the number of guests in your party
• The WhatsApp number or email address you contact us from
• Your requested date, departure time and plan
• Your hotel or pickup location in Tokyo, if you ask for a pickup
• A child's age, only if you tell us because a child is riding
• Anything else you choose to write to us in a message

We do not ask for your passport number, your address outside Japan, or your date of birth. We do not store card numbers — payment is handled in person or through the payment provider, and we never see or keep the full card details.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to hold a car and driver on your date, to find you at the pickup point, and to contact you if something changes — a typhoon, an expressway closure, a mechanical fault. That is the whole purpose. We do not build profiles and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Pages are plain HTML served from a static host; there is nothing here that follows you to other websites.

Who else sees it

• Your driver — your name, party size and pickup point, so the tour can run
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — if you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation lives on WhatsApp under their own privacy policy
• Our email provider — if you contact us by email
• Our web host — standard server access logs, which we do not use to identify individuals

Nobody else. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or other tour operators.

How long we keep it

Booking messages and details are kept while your booking is active and for up to two years afterwards, so we can answer questions about a past tour and meet Japanese record-keeping requirements. After that they are deleted. If you enquire and never book, we delete the exchange within one year.

Your rights

Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information （個人情報保護法）, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to seiya@hiteup.com and we will respond without delay. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children directly. Where a child is riding, we take only the age, and only from the booking adult.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Booking messages are held in the accounts they arrive in, protected by the relevant provider's own security. We keep no separate customer database and no card numbers.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. We do not notify past customers of changes, so check here if it matters to you.
