Additional charges ・ 商品代金以外の必要料金. None payable to us. The vehicle, fuel, expressway tolls, parking and the driver are all included for the full three hours. There is no weekend surcharge. Your own food, drink and shopping during the stop at Daikoku PA are not included.

Payment timing ・ 支払時期. Requesting a booking is free and no deposit is taken. Once we have confirmed that a car and driver are available on your date, we agree the payment method and timing with you directly and confirm it in writing before the tour.

Service delivery ・ 役務の提供時期. At the date and time confirmed with you when your booking was accepted. The standard departure is 19:00 from Shibuya; other times, including same-day and after-midnight, are available on request.

Cancellation policy

Booking costs nothing and commits you to nothing until 24 hours before departure. We would much rather you cancelled than felt trapped into a tour you no longer want.

To cancel, send a WhatsApp message or an email. A cancellation takes effect from the moment you send it, not from the moment we read it.

If we cancel

We will cancel your tour and charge you nothing if a typhoon, heavy snow, earthquake, expressway closure, mechanical fault or driver illness makes the tour unsafe or impossible. You then choose between a full refund and rescheduling to another date. Light rain is not a reason to cancel; the cars are driven in it regularly and the city looks better wet.

Daikoku PA is an informal public gathering with no organiser and no schedule. Police closures and quiet nights happen. If Daikoku PA is closed on the night, the tour diverts to Umihotaru PA on the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line and runs in full. A quiet Daikoku PA is not grounds for a refund, and no operator can guarantee what is parked there on a given night.

Refunds

If you have already paid and then cancel more than 24 hours before departure, you receive a full refund. If you had not yet paid, nothing is charged. Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, within seven business days of the cancellation.

Cooling-off period

The statutory cooling-off period under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to this service, as bookings are made at the customer's own initiative through this website or by message rather than through door-to-door or telephone solicitation. The cancellation policy set out above applies instead.

Capacity, age and safety

Each car carries up to three guests. Groups of four or more are split across cars and travel as a convoy at the same per-person rate. Guests must be able to sit in a standard passenger seat wearing a seatbelt. Children may ride if accompanied by a booking adult and if they meet Japanese child-restraint requirements; please tell us the child's age when you enquire so we can confirm. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone whose condition or behaviour would make the tour unsafe for the driver or for other road users.

All vehicles are road-legal and insured. The tour runs on public roads at legal speeds. We do not organise racing, street takeovers or any illegal driving.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Tokyo.
